Ask us a questionHow much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is £1.75, with free delivery on orders of £10 or more. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Postal delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If you need your stamps for an event, contact us before ordering to check timing.
How does the 5-stamp offer work?
Add 5 or more eligible individual stamps to your basket and the 20% discount is applied automatically to eligible stamps. You can mix designs. Cookie cutters and stamp sets are excluded from this offer.
Are these stamps suitable for beginners?
Yes. Roll out your fondant, lightly dust your stamp with icing sugar, press evenly and lift straight up. A little practice helps you find the pressure that works best for your fondant. Our FAQs have more guidance.
How do I clean and care for my stamps?
Hand wash before and after use with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Let them air dry and store flat in a cool, dry place. Keep them out of the dishwasher and away from hot water and direct heat.
Can I order a personalised or custom stamp?
Yes. Send us your idea, along with any wording and the date you need it for. We’ll confirm what’s possible, the price and timing before you order.
What if I need to return an order?
